Racial disparities in homeownership have continued to grow specifically for those who are Black and Latino. As a real estate agent, I have seen the effects of this unfair disadvantage first hand as many of my clientele struggle to through the process of home buying and selling. Many experience hardship at the initial stages due to lack of resources, whether financial or educational.
